Shanghai Diamond Exchange New Building Leasing and Moving Notice
Dear Members:
Regarding leasing issues for the new building, the Exchange is aggressively negotiating with the owner party to help the whole members to overcome the current difficulties and effectively lower the cost, trying to lower the rental on the originally-agreed base. As a consequence, the signing work of lease contract will start in the near future. The concrete time schedule will be notified in time; please understand and support our work.
As for the moving issues, the Exchange is supposed to move to its new location: No.1701 Century Avenue – China Diamond Exchange Center, in the early part of June. Relocation planning is currently underway for all the units stationed in the Exchange. Considering the vast number of the units (up to 100) and the constraint on moving time and volume placed by the Jin Mao Tower Management, the Exchange would like to carry out a unified moving arrangement and afford all the moving-related expense (except for the moving of valuables and insurance expense) to improve efficiency and reduce relocation cost for the units that are willing to take part in the overall moving arrangement and obey the unified moving schedule. For the units that decide to carry out moving activities by themselves, they must submit a written application at least 5 days in advance in accordance with the concrete moving regulation of Jin Mao Tower and move out of the Jin Mao Tower at their own expenses, no later than June.15th, 2009.
The Exchange has officially designated Otto Packing & Transport Co., Ltd - known for its rich professional moving experience and good reputation, to be the unified moving agent. This company will provide the units that participate in the unified moving arrangement organized by the Exchange with pre-training, preparation works, and furniture dismantling and installing services etc, according to its own timing schedule.
In order to ensure the smooth and orderly execution of relocation, we would like to collect the below information from all members and service institutions (details as Moving Consulting Form attached). Please fill out this form and return it to the Property Management Office of the Exchange (4th floor) before 4:00 P.M. Apr.28th, 2009.
