Dear Members and Service Institutions:

As China Diamond Exchange Center has been completed, SDE decides to carry out overall relocation to the new site in Oct.2009. In terms of the previous agreements under Shanghai Diamond Exchange Premises Lease Rental Contract signed between SDE and each unit, SDE makes the following notice with regards to the concrete moving date and return date of the leased premises within Jinmao Tower:

1. All the units who lease premises in the sixth floor of SDE (sixth floor of Jinmao Tower) shall be arranged to move out together on Oct.16, 17 and 18,2009. The return date of the leased premised should not be later than Oct.18.2009.  Rental and property management fee should be paid up to Oct.31.2009.

2. All the units who lease premises in the fourth floor of SDE (fourth Floor of Jinmao Tower) shall be arranged to move out together on Oct.23, 24 and 25.2009. The return date of the leased premised should not be later than Oct.25.2009. Rental and property management fee should be paid up to Oct.31.2009.
